Tri-Axle Truck Driver

Overview We are seeking a professional and dependable Truck Driver to join our team at AmberK Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks including, flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. This role involves delivering freight efficiently and safely across designated routes while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. Candidates should possess strong driving skills, familiarity with route driving, and the ability to load and unload cargo as needed. Responsibilities Safely operate various commercial trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Deliver freight to designated locations following planned routes and schedules. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with company policies. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes. Assist with securing cargo for transportation to prevent damage or shifting during transit. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck operated. Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations. Knowledge of different truck types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tanker trucks, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks is desirable. Ability to load & unload freight efficiently and safely. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to commercial driving and cargo handling. Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting cargo or maneuvering around large vehicles. Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in recent years. This position requires a dedicated individual committed to safe driving practices and excellent customer service while maintaining flexibility for various delivery routes and schedules.
