Job Overview Join our vibrant team as an Ice Cream Truck Driver and bring joy to communities with delicious treats on wheels! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating our mobile ice cream shop, engaging with customers, and delivering a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create smiles while ensuring smooth route execution and excellent customer service. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to combine driving skills with sales and merchandising expertise in a fun, fast-paced environment. Duties Safely operate the ice cream truck along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations Manage daily route driving, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups at various locations Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, promoting products and upselling additional treats or merchandise Handle pricing transactions accurately using cashless or cash payment systems Maintain proper merchandising of products inside the truck to attract customers and maximize sales opportunities Perform heavy lifting when restocking supplies, loading or unloading inventory as needed Organize daily routes and inventory to optimize efficiency and customer reach Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong driving skills with experience in route driving and commercial vehicle operation Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers of all ages Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing adjustments Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the day Organizational skills to manage routes, inventory, and merchandising effectively Military experience in logistics or transportation is a plus but not required Embark on a lively career that combines the thrill of driving with the joy of serving communities!
