In this role, you'll be the vital link between our warehouse operations and our valued customers, ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards. As a member of our branch team, you'll take pride in representing our organization daily, combining your driving expertise with warehouse proficiency to support our mission of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Operate commercial vehicles (10k-26k lbs) safely and efficiently in compliance with company policies, government regulations, and posted speed limitsConduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working conditionPick, load, and deliver products directly to customers or company locations with accuracy and careManage customer relationships by communicating professionally and courteously via face-to-face interaction, phone, email, or other necessary means to provide best-in-class servicePerform warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, and order picking while maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) complianceOperate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient mannerReceive and inspect returned products from customers, checking for damage and verifying packing slip accuracyMaintain accurate inventory records and support inventory management initiativesActively participate in our Zero Harm culture by reporting incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions promptlyEnsure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and encourage team members to do the sameSupport other branch activities as needed to ensure overall team successPerform additional duties as directed by managementQualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of delivery driver experience operating commercial vehicles weighing 10k-26k poundsValid commercial driver's license (CDL) or appropriate licensing for the roleHigh School diploma or equivalent education and relevant work experienceStrong interpersonal and customer relationship management skillsExcellent decision-making and analytical abilitiesProfessional communication and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively as a collaborative team member in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of vehicle safety regulations and DOT compliance requirementsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle warehouse materials safelyForklift operation certification or willingness to obtain certificationExperience with warehouse operations and inventory managementDemonstrated commitment to safety and Zero Harm principles•
Preferred Qualifications:
