In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks and trailers to deliver freight efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise in truck driving, load & unload procedures, and route management will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics operation with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers, including, Flatbeds ,roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet schedule requirements Deliver freight accurately and securely to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage logs, and inspection reports Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with necessary endorsements for operating flatbeds, or other specialized trucks Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery Experience handling different types of freight such as flatbed cargo Ability to operate auxiliary equipment like forklifts when required for load & unload tasks Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and vehicle operation Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and documentation effectively Join us today and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering excellence on every route!
