Country Driver Operations Team Leader Mexico inDrive Operations Posted on Mar 19, 2026 Apply now We are seeking a Country Driver Operations Team Leader to oversee and optimize driver operations in Mexico. This role is crucial in ensuring a balanced driver supply, fostering partnerships, and enhancing fleet management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business development at a local level. This position reports directly to the Country Manager and requires close collaboration with regional and HQ teams. Department Market Operations & Supply Employment Type Full Time Location Mexico Address Mexico City, Mexico City (CDMX) Workplace type Hybrid Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage driver supply in the local market to ensure a healthy balance between demand and availability; Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen driver engagement, retention, and market positioning; Lead fleet-related projects, including expansion planning, operational optimization, and exclusivity programs; Analyze driver app usage and performance to generate insights that support product enhancements and operational improvements; Collaborate with HQ teams to execute local digital campaigns, acquisition strategies, and incentive programs; Design and implement initiatives to improve driver retention, streamline recruitment efforts, and enhance the registration process; Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to proactively adjust local strategies; Manage and mentor a direct report in a supervisor role to ensure daily operational excellence and cross-team collaboration; Leverage data to monitor market performance, track key metrics, and support data-driven decision making; Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 4-5 years of experience in operations or a business-related role, preferably within ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Experience managing driver supply, fleet operations, or partnerships . Proven ability to decompose complex business challenges, prioritize effectively, and drive results . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and influence at multiple levels . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration . SQL proficiency is a plus ; strong Excel skills required to analyze trends and create reports. Business development experience and the ability to identify new opportunities within the ride-hailing ecosystem.
