Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Local Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely within designated routes. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks Follow designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents Manage manual transmission vehicles with proficiency as required by specific routes or loads. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Proven experience in truck driving, dump trucks Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles comfortably. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining safety standards.
