OTR Team- Class A CDL Driver

Mountain River Trucking is a locally owned, North Carolina-based trucking company specializing in refrigerated freight. As one of the Eastern United States' largest refrigerated trucking companies, we haul primarily from North Carolina to the West Coast and backhaul from the West Coast to the East Coast. Mountain River utilizes top-of-the-line trailers equipped with temperature-controlled reefer units to keep freight at a constant temperature. We operate with 2023 Kenworth T680s and 2022 Peterbilt 579s. We offer each customer on-time service with competitively priced delivery. As an OTR Team driver, you will be making deliveries, pickups, dropping and hooking trailers, and traveling from NC to AZ, CA, WA, and OR. All OTR Team drivers are away from home for 5 days consecutively.

Responsibilities include:

Travel within the region or spanning several states Perform required pre-trip, inner-trip, and post-trip inspections and provide required reports Complete all paperwork as required by dispatch, company policy, and DOT regulations Maintain logs as required Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations Maintain a valid commercial driver's license, physical, medical card and any other training as required by company policy
