Full-time Full Job Description Consistent Miles•Dedicated Account•Home Daily or Weekly Accent It, LLC is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a hybrid local/regional dedicated account in Tar Heel, NC. This is a stable, high-volume role for drivers who want a predictable work-life balance and reliable weekly pay.

Compensation & Bonuses Average Weekly Pay:

$1,172.00•$1,613.00

Top Earners:

Can reach $83,000+ annually.

Pay Structure:

Per-load pay for short runs; CPM for long runs.

Bonuses:

Route & Schedule Home Time:

Home Weekly.

Hybrid Schedule:

Mix of 12-hour local shifts and regional OTR runs (2-3 times per week).

Work Days:

Mandatory weekends and holidays required.

Shifts:

Evening/Night shifts with start times between 15:00 and 23:00.

Operating Area:

300-mile radius of Tar Heel, NC.

The Work:

100% No-Touch Freight. Dedicated routes for a single customer.

Equipment & Perks On-Site Support:

Maintenance team and office staff available on-site at the facility.

Commute:

Personal transportation is required to and from the Tar Heel terminal.

Consistency:

Strict Qualifications License:

Valid Class A CDL.

Experience:

Must have at least 3 months of recent solo tractor-trailer experience.

Availability:
