Tow Truck Driver/Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing and transporting vehicles to designated locations. Duties

• Perform automotive diagnostics to determine vehicle issues
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain tow trucks
• Manage conflicts professionally when dealing with distressed vehicle owners
• Load and unload vehicles onto flatbed tow trucks
• Drive tow trucks to transport vehicles to specified locations
• Possess commercial driving skills for safe towing operations
• Operate vehicles with manual transmission efficiently
• Perform basic automotive repairs when necessary Experience
• Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge is required
• Ability to handle conflicts with customers calmly and effectively
• Experience with loading and unloading vehicles onto flatbed tow trucks is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is beneficial
• Background in automotive repair or mechanics is advantageous
