• Automatic and Manual Paid orientation and training Safety and Referral bonus programs Overtime after 40 hours Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Parental leave Requirements To be at least 21 years of age or older Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 24 months experience Favorable driving record that meets Cowboy USA's safety standard Hazardous Materials endorsement and TWIC must be obtained in full within 90-days of employment Must have working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations Ability to maintain all DOT required licenses and documentation Pass a pre-employment drug screening Key Responsibilities Operating various tractor-trailer combinations between customer facilities, work sites, or port terminals while in compliance with applicable Federal, State, Local Laws and Regulations.

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle. Complete deliveries on schedule and interface with customers effectively. Perform and document pre and post trip inspections by all Cowboy USA and DOT requirements. Follow and promote Cowboy USA safety policies and procedures Maintain accurate records in accordance of all DOT rules and regulations. Any additional duties assigned. to join the Cowboy Team! ' '
