Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required.3 plus years of driving experienceValid Driver's License Special Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Regular and reliable attendance.
Competency in operating lawn equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles, following all safety policies and applicable laws.
Consistent practice of company safety procedures.
Strong dedication to delivering quality work on every task.

The Specialist Maintenance role will play a hands-on role in maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces for our customers. Working under the direction of a Field Manager or supervisor, youll operate lawn equipment, perform plant care, and ensure each project meets company standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Mow lawns, mulch, trim, weed, and assist with maintenance.Identify and correctly pull and remove weeds.
