Job Description
Join Our Team - Boom Truck Drivers Wanted! We're a respected and growing building supply company looking for a dependable CDL Class A Boom Truck Operator to join our delivery team. You'll drive top-of-the-line Kenworth trucks with custom-built pup trailers, and we provide all boom crane training ! Responsibilities Safely operate boom crane truck to deliver materials to job sites Verify deliveries and resolve any load discrepancies Strap and tarp loads as needed, especially in bad weather Perform pre-trip inspections per DOT regulations Communicate clearly with dispatch and jobsite teams Maintain your truck's cleanliness and monitor fluid levels Grease boom and perform basic maintenance Follow all safety policies and procedures Requirements Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement Current DOT Medical Card (Health Card) No DUI convictions in the past 5 years Able to follow DOT regulations Basic English reading/writing Comfortable using a mobile phone for work communication Physical Requirements Ability to navigate construction sites (uneven terrain, stairs, weather) Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling Benefits $30.50/hour starting pay + OT 401(k) with company match Health insurance - 100% paid for employee Dental & Life insurance Paid time off: 5 vacation days after 90 days and 5 at 1st year 8 paid holidays Red Wing boots and PPE provided after 90 days Home every night - no weekend work Preferred Experience (not required): 1+ year commercial driving 1+ year physical labor or construction work Apply today to join a dependable team with great benefits, modern equipment, and a steady Monday-Friday schedule!
