  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, roll-off, and dump trucks. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism while transporting freight to various locations. Responsibilities Operate and drive different types of trucks such as tractor-trailer, dump truck, and roll-off trucks. Load and unload freight securely and efficiently to ensure safe transport. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, rest periods, and cargo information in accordance with DOT regulations. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transit. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Familiarity with trailers, flatbeds, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks is a plus. Strong understanding of load securement techniques and freight handling procedures. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by company policy. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
