Fill In/As Needed Delivery Route / Cargo Van/ High Tops/Small Box Trucks

Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Fill-In Delivery Drivers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will operate your personal high top cargo van or small box truck to deliver parts efficiently and safely to our valued customers. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service will help ensure timely deliveries and satisfied clients. Whether you're experienced in commercial driving or making local deliveries, this role provides competitive income and may lead to a full time position. Filling in is not mandatory, but the more you are available, the higher you will be on our list. We have local smaller routes that run a few trips per day, and out of town routes that run one trip per day. This is a 1099 position. Responsibilities Safely operate personal high top cargo vans or small box trucks for deliveries Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques, ensuring items are secured for transit Make sure your app matches everything that is on your vehicle before leaving, report any discrepancies to dispatcher before leaving (very important) Navigate assigned routes efficiently, maintaining punctuality and optimizing delivery sequences Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries Verify delivery details, scan labels, obtain signatures, take pictures, collect cods and notate if required accurately in apps (very important) Ask each customer for returns Communicate effectively with local dispatcher and regional dispatcher Requirements Valid driver's license Prior delivery driver experience, especially with box trucks or cargo vans, is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of packages safely and efficiently Knowledge of route driving and delivery apps preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move items throughout the shift Join us if you're ready to hit the road with energy and purpose!
