In this role, you will lead a crew responsible for delivering exceptional landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture services. Your expertise in supervising teams, operating various landscaping equipment, and ensuring quality standards will drive the success of our projects. As a Crew Leader/Driver, you will also be responsible for safely transporting crew members and equipment to job sites, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism on every assignment. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscaping and maintenance crew members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment to transport crew and materials to various job sites Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, irrigation setup, and general gardening duties Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies Assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal operation Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address project needs and deliver excellent service Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of tree care practices, irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and general maintenance procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating trucks or large vehicles preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Familiarity with construction sites and safety standards related to outdoor work environments Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team!
