Earn up to .66 CPM 1-year drivers start at 56 CPM, top out at 66 CPM Annual driver pay ranges from $52K to $130K (trainer) based on experience and miles driven. Orientation offered in multiple locations Full applications receive priority recruiting Late-model equipment w/ SiriusXM, 24" TV, plush interior, ELDs & storage Weather shutdown pay Layover pay starting at $125 Detention pay after 90 minutes Optional driver-facing camera Paid per diem program (20+ years) Paid vacation & up to 3 weeks PTO Full benefits + 401(k) match Rider policy Strong, consistent OTR freight
