This position is responsible for safely operating manual transmission vehicles and moving trailers throughout an industrial plant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience backing trailers, hooking and unhooking trailers, and working safely around equipment and production operations. Responsibilities Safely operate manual transmission vehicles Move, back, stage, hook, and unhook trailers throughout the facility Perform trailer inspections before and after movement Ensure trailers are properly positioned and secured Follow all site safety procedures and traffic guidelines Maintain awareness of surrounding equipment, vehicles, and pedestrians Communicate effectively with supervisors and plant personnel Assist with loading, unloading, and general duties as needed Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Requirements ✔ Valid Driver's License ✔ Manual Transmission Experience ✔ Trailer Backing & Handling Experience ✔ CDL Preferred, But Not Required ✔ Ability to Work 12-Hour Shifts ✔ Ability to Pass a Drug Screen ✔ Ability to Pass an 8-Year Background Check ✔ Strong Attendance & Reliability ✔ Comfortable Working in an Industrial Plant Environment (STRONG ODOR) ✔ Willingness to Assist With Duties Outside of Driving When Needed Pay & Schedule•2nd
