Job Description

We are looking for drivers that are responsible for safely and efficiently operating a local route delivery vehicle to deliver hardgoods, compressed gas cylinders and associated products to customer locations. This position is physically active (will be responsible for loading/unloading at client sites) and requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. Drivers also must be willing to communicate and cooperate with customers, respond to their needs, and safely operate delivery vehicle in compliance with company and DOT guidelines.
Driver Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:
Adherence to all safety regulations and policies Valid drivers license with required endorsements and medical clearances Operation of warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack Must be able to work overtime/Saturday when necessary Outdoor work in varying temperatures Ability to routinely lift 23-75lbs, and occasionally up to 100lbs Frequent bending, climbing, sitting Maintain accurate load manifests and documents Analytical problem solving for customer inquiries Ability to comprehend MSDS sheets Safely load/unload, deliver, and retrieve cylinders and hard goods Monitor and adjust cylinder levels to prevent emergencies Assist in inventory, housekeeping and showroom tasks Strong verbal skills, self-motivation, attention to detail and goal oriented. Foster strong customer relationships.
