Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Repossession Agent, where you will play a vital role in recovering financed vehicles and assets efficiently and professionally. This energetic position requires a proactive approach, strong mechanical skills, and excellent customer service abilities. You will navigate various terrains and vehicle types, utilizing specialized equipment such as flatbeds and tow trucks to securely recover vehicles while maintaining compliance with all safety and legal standards. Your efforts will help uphold our commitment to responsible asset management and exceptional client service. Duties Conduct vehicle recoveries using appropriate equipment including flatbeds, tow trucks, and forklifts, ensuring safe handling and transportation of assets Perform detailed automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle condition prior to recovery or transport Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues during recovery operations and assist with automotive repairs if needed Manage load & unload procedures efficiently, ensuring vehicles are secured properly for transport Engage with customers professionally during recovery processes, providing clear communication and resolving conflicts effectively Maintain accurate documentation of all recoveries, including reports on vehicle condition, location, and recovery steps taken Operate commercial driving equipment responsibly, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating tow trucks, flatbeds a plus Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction Experience in commercial driving environments with a focus on load & unload operations in various settings Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and law enforcement when necessary Embark on a rewarding career that combines technical expertise with active fieldwork! Pay:
$46,959.07 - $60,000.00 per year
