Job Description

Hire Impact Recruiting is seeking a motivated, driven recruiter to join our growing team in White House, Tennessee. This is a commission-only opportunity for someone who wants unlimited earning potential and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships, and help CDL drivers find great opportunities nationwide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Source and recruit CDL-A drivers across the United States Conduct phone interviews and qualification screenings Match drivers with open positions Maintain communication throughout the hiring process Follow up with applicants and keep pipelines active Work closely with our recruiting and processing teams

COMPENSATION 1099
Independent Contractor Commission Only $500 - $1,500+ Weekly Unlimited Earning Potential Weekly Commission Payouts No Cap on Income
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or transportation experience preferred Strong communication skills Self-motivated and competitive Comfortable making outbound calls Organized and able to manage multiple candidates Reliable and professional
