This position requires someone with common sense, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include picking up and delivering parts, transporting boats and equipment, assisting with shop organization, helping move inventory, and performing other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of tools and equipment Reliable transportation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ pounds when needed Ability to follow instructions and work independently Professional attitude and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Experience towing boats, trailers, or equipment Marine, automotive, or mechanical experience Forklift experience (a plus, but not required) What We're Looking For We need someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and has good common sense.
