Motivera Search Group is searching for a reliable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Heavy Equipment Truck Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for a safety-conscious professional who takes pride in transporting heavy equipment efficiently across various locations. While we aim to get our drivers home most weekends, some assignments may require extended travel. Routes do not include New York, and California runs are limited to just 2-3 times per year.

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate: $22.00-$28.00/hour , based on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years Valid CDL Class A license Clean driving record At least 2 years of consecutive truck driving experience Willingness to travel OTR Proven experience hauling heavy equipment with a strong commitment to safety

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate and transport heavy equipment over long distances Comply with all federal and state driving regulations Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of truck and equipment Secure cargo properly and ensure safe handling throughout transport Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation
