WASH BAY ATTENDANT

Join our team as a Wash Bay Attendant and play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for events and construction sites. As a crucial member of our team, you'll contribute to the positive experience of our customers while working in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position based at our South Austin, TX location, reporting to the Sanitation Dispatcher.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain yard cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Wash and repair portable toilets to uphold sanitation standards. Load and offload trucks with equipment and supplies as needed. Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate service schedules and address any issues promptly. Efficiently manage time to meet service schedules and deadlines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Weekend availability is required to accommodate business needs. Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Work will be conducted in various weather conditions, requiring adaptability to outdoor environments. Ability to lift objects of various weights (up to 75 lbs.) regularly. Safely walk and stand for extended periods on a loading dock, which may be slippery and not climate-controlled. Flexibility to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary to perform job duties. Use of cleaning agents and pressure washers is required for certain tasks.
