Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Concrete Commercial Truck Driver and take the wheel in transporting concrete materials and other resources to construction sites using a multi-wheeler truck! Concrete truck driver required to have prior experience to operate a truck and a clean driving record to ensure the stability and efficiency of performance, especially in the distribution of materials within the time requirements. As a key player in our logistics network, you'll ensure timely and safe delivery of equipment while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks. Deliver goods to various locations with a focus on timeliness and accuracy, managing route driving with precision Handle specialized concrete equipment including laser screed machines. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage logs, inspection reports, and load documentation Communicate effectively with supervisor regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or any issues encountered during trips Qualifications Proven 5-years experience as a commercial truck driver with a strong background in truck driving and freight delivery Minimum age requirement for this job- applicants must be over the age of 25 years. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the vehicle types operated (e.g., tanker, refrigerated trailer) Skilled in operating manual transmission trucks safely and efficiently Experience driving tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks preferred Ability to load & unload freight using forklifts or other equipment when necessary Knowledge of safety protocols related to commercial driving and cargo handling Excellent route planning skills with an emphasis on punctuality and customer satisfaction Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving skills make a real impact!
