Dump Truck Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, and other bulk loads to various job sites. Your expertise in truck driving, route navigation, and load management will ensure timely deliveries and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction, landscaping, or waste management projects while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency. We operate locally and you will be home everyday after work. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles with manual transmission to deliver materials accurately and efficiently Maintain safety protocols during driving, loading, and unloading processes to prevent accidents or injuries Follow designated routes and schedules, adjusting as needed for traffic or site conditions Conduct routine inspections of vehicles before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly Communicate effectively with dispatcher Have great customer service skills Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Previous dump truck experience preferred not required Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and heavy vehicle operation Excellent navigation skills for route planning and adherence to schedules Preferred qualifications include experience with tractor-trailers, dump trucks, freight hauling, and familiarity with load securing techniques.
