Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Rollback Operator and become a vital part of our vehicle recovery and transportation operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating rollback tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles efficiently. Your mechanical expertise and keen automotive diagnostics skills will ensure every vehicle is handled with precision. Responsibilities Safely operate rollback tow trucks to recover, load, and transport vehicles, including those with manual transmissions or specialized equipment like flatbeds and tow trucks Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics to assess damage or mechanical issues before recovery or transport Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring proper securing using appropriate tools and techniques Manage customer interactions professionally, providing clear communication and exceptional service throughout the process Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, transports, and vehicle details for record-keeping purposes Perform routine inspections on equipment such as forklifts and tow trucks to ensure safety and operational readiness Handle conflict management situations calmly and effectively when dealing with clients or team members Qualifications Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, manual transmissions, and flatbed or tow truck operations Familiarity with automotive safety standards and load securing procedures Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly under pressure Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional vehicle recovery services!
