TMC Transportation | CDL-A Flatbed Driver Earn Up to $100,000+ Annually | Home Weekends | Full-Time Compensation & Earnings Earn up to $100,000+ annually (performance-based percentage pay)• Average weekly earnings: $1,350-$1,600 Sign-on bonus: up to $5,000 for experienced drivers Weekly pay with direct deposit $1,000 orientation pay (Experienced Driver Orientation Program) Experienced drivers consistently achieve top-tier earnings through TMC's percentage pay structure.
