This position required strong leadership skills, experience with landscaping equipment, and an ability to manage a team while delivering high-quality service to our clients. As the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of landscape maintenance duties. You will lead a 4-5 man/women crew in the efficient and effective completion of tasks, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work with your crew, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
  • Perform weekly landscape maintenance tasks including: mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, planting, general site cleanup, etc.
  • Safely drive trucks and trailers to job sites, ensuring proper loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck.
  • Communicate with leadership about any potential issues that appear while servicing a property.
  • Provide training and mentorship to crew members.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Position Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a landscape maintenance Crew leader is required.
  • Proficient in operating mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other small equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a truck
REQUIRED
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance technique (mowing, edging, trimming, planting, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Stong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
