is seeking experienced, reliable OTR Hot Shot Drivers for immediate hire. This position is designed for drivers who understand the demands of over-the-road hot shot trucking and can operate independently while maintaining high safety and performance standards. Schedule 2 weeks on / 1 week off or 3 weeks on / 1 week off Home time is scheduled and respected Equipment Ram 2500 with 40-foot gooseneck trailer Well-maintained, work-ready equipment Drivers must be comfortable handling full-size pickup and trailer combinations in all conditions Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and production Consistent miles and steady freight Additional earning potential for drivers who stay out and perform Responsibilities Transport hot shot freight safely and on time across multiple states Properly secure loads using tarps, straps, and ratchets Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards Communicate effectively regarding loads, routes, and delivery updates Represent

professionally with customers and brokers Requirements Minimum 1 year of hot shot or comparable trailer hauling experience

REQUIRED

Experience operating pickup trucks with 40 ft trailers (gooseneck preferred) Strong experience with: Tarping Ratcheting Strapping Knowledge of load securement and weight distribution Clean driving record and commitment to safety Ability to stay out on the road for extended periods Self-motivated, dependable, and professional Preferred Qualifications Experience with oversized or irregular freight Familiarity with load boards and OTR routing Basic mechanical awareness is a plus Who This Job Is For This position is for serious drivers only who are ready to work, stay out on the road, and make consistent money. Pay:

$1,100.00 - $2,579.65 per week
