- Company Paid Life Insurance and Short-Term, Long Term Disability Competitive compensation package Key Tasks and Responsibilities Removes, transports, and disposes of approved, pre-qualified, non-hazardous liquids and sludges from automotive and industrial processes.
Cleans out oil/water separators, sumps, trench drains. Pumps out of open top drums, cleanout of large industrial equipment, sizeable aqueous cleaning equipment and handles clean-up of wastewater streams from manufacturing plants. Handles customer spill clean up in compliance with all rules, regulations, and laws of the State, Federal, and other regulatory agencies pertaining to motor vehicle operation and used oil handling.\ Able to evaluate customer needs, determine proper estimate for services needed and handle removal of customer waste as per service estimate. Perform sales calls and are capable of researching and establishing service with commercial businesses such as auto/tire dealerships, body shops, rental car companies, fleet management facilities, and engine repair shops. Perform sales calls and capable of researching and establishing service with industrial businesses such as manufacturing and power plants, metal fabricators, mining operations and machining facilities. Qualifications 2 years of verifiable driving experience. 2 years experience in similar position of service work Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A with hazmat/tanker endorsement. Valid Medical Certificate. Some travel and overnight/out-of-area work required Physical Demands/Working Conditions Physical activity includes bending, reaching, stretching, climbing in/out of tractors and on top of tanks in addition to various conditions dependent upon customer location/limitations. Able to work in inclement weather such as rain or cold for long periods of time. Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling and/or moving less than 100 pounds to over 600 pounds using proper equipment and safe techniques minimizing risk of injury.
