• 2,100 weekly expected gross $20

for this Ready Mix Truck Driving position Amrize is hiring full-time CDL A or CDL B Ready Mix Drivers in the DFW area. We have plenty of work coming to this region and are paying $2.00 more per hour for those working out of these Priority Locations (Prosper, McKinney, Melissa, Sherman). At Amrize, safety is our top priority. As a Ready Mix Driver, your role is to ensure the safe, timely, and consistent delivery of concrete to the customer at the proper slump and to the proper job site. This can also include beginning the order process for additional detailed orders and encouraging the customer to utilize value-added ingredients such as fiber, retardant, color, or other additives. Forty Hour Weekly Pay Guarantee Load bonuses paid on every load hauled monthly $0.50/Hour increase after finishing training Retention Bonus of $1,500 after 6 months and another $1500.00 at 1 year Eligible for a Top Hauler Award of $2,500 after 1 year

Job Requirements:

Valid CDL A or CDL B is required Driving Ready Mix truck, checking loads, washing mixer top to bottom, delivering concrete to various job sites, loading and dumping truck. Maintains appearance of truck. Maintains proper air pressure in tires. Performs minor repairs as needed. Maintains proper fluid levels. Completes all paperwork that may be necessary; assist with plant work as required by plant management. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
