Pile Driver

We are a growing heavy civil and marine construction company looking for experienced Pile Drivers to join our team along the Texas Gulf Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

Pile Driving:

Drive steel, concrete, wood, and H-beam piles using diesel hammers, hydraulic impact hammers, vibratory drivers, and other heavy equipment Install and drive sheet piling for cofferdams, excavation support, and retaining walls Rig, hoist, and precisely align piles using cranes and pile leads Weld, cut, splice, and cap piles as needed Work safely from barges, floating rigs, or land-based setups Coordinate with crane operators and crew using hand signals and radio communication Assist with pile rig setup, teardown, and basic maintenance Read and interpret plans for pile placement and alignment

Qualifications:

Must pass a DISA background and hair follicle upon employment and DISA randoms Must posses and maintain a TWIC card 3-4 years experience with pile driving, structural welding, and civil Equipment operator experience preferred but not required Must be willing to travel with crew- per diem available and job specific
