Viking Fence is excited to add a full time, hourly non-exempt P&D (pickup and delivery) Driver, reporting to the Sanitation Dispatcher at our Euless, TX location. This role has tremendous upside potential as the company has grown revenue for 12+ years and continues to expand its Sanitation department. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with target annual compensation of $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and licenses. Paid time off and 8 paid holidays per year. Driver Safety Incentive Plan with up to $2500 per year for safe driving! Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must have class C license with clear driving record. CDL class B license with tanker endorsement a plus. Must have clean driving record and pass the required DOT physical and drug screen; no more than 3 points on driving record allowed. Ideal candidate will have one or more years in a service-related role with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using cell phone and in phone apps like GPS. Must be a team player, flexible, with calm demeanor. Work Environment & Physical Demands A typical day consists of approximately 50% driving and 50% servicing portable restrooms at designated locations. This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, reaching, and bending while servicing portable toilets. Will require safe use of cleaning agents in the course of work activities. Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weight (up to 75 lbs.) regularly Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time. Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary.
