We run both local and over-the-road (OTR) loads with a strong focus on reliability, communication, and professionalism. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, professional driver to join our team full-time. This role is primarily OTR (regional runs) with occasional local deliveries when available. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-ft box truck with liftgate and pallet jack Transport freight across TX and surrounding states (OTR + local) Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Document potential issues for maintenance Secure and verify loads using paperwork, cargo load bars and e-track straps (pallet jack use required) Maintain accurate logs using Motive ELD Communicate with dispatch, brokers, and customers professionally Ensure on-time pickup and delivery Handle basic paperwork (BOLs, PODs, photos) Requirements Valid Driver's License (CDL not required, but a plus) Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred (box truck or similar) Willing to train the right motivated candidate Experience with ELDs (Motive preferred) Ability to drive OTR (21+ days out and home for a week) Must have reliable transportation to/from truck location Must have a working smartphone (for dispatch, apps, GPS, photos) Strong communication skills (very important) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with freight when needed Clean driving record (no accidents or tickets) No sleeper in truck (sleep in cab most nights, hotel occasionally provided) Preferred Qualifications Experience with liftgate deliveries Experience with pallet jacks and dock/high + residential deliveries Familiar with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations Basic knowledge of route planning and fuel management Pay & Schedule Competitive pay paid weekly 20-25% of gross per week Spot and performance bonuses Opportunity to grow with a scaling company Opportunity to partner and build your own fleet What We're Looking For Dependable and on time Good attitude and problem solver Professional with customers and brokers Takes care of equipment like it's their own!! (most important) The perfect candidate does not need to have years of experience but MUST be willing to grow, learn and take direction. This driving job is more than just driving and we need someone who can properly handle log/inspection compliance, adhere to FMCSA requirements, who can handle OTR, who can solve problems, who can handle a pallet jack and a liftgate, who can read and understand BOLs, who can take care of the truck, and who wants to make some money.
