Sanitation Technician / Route Representative Enviro-Master International Franchise Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time From $500 a week 14 hours ago Qualifications Sweeping Route driving Customer relationship building Customer service Driver's License Full Job Description Role Summary Provide hygiene and sanitation services to commercial businesses while supplying and selling hygiene related products and chemicals as needed. Work a pre-established route with the same customers on a set weekly schedule; consistency and reliability are essential. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service paper towel, soap, and toilet paper dispensers, and air fresheners.
• Perform sanitation tasks: mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and general restroom/facility upkeep.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure consistent location care.
• Recommend and supply sanitation products and chemicals when needed. Schedule & Expectations
• Work a pre-established route with the same stops on a weekly cycle (consistent year-round).
• No weekends or overnight work
• Some routes may begin as early as 5:00 AM; punctuality and reliability are required.
• Long-term, consistency-based position (servicing same customers 52 weeks/year). Compensation

• Commission:

  additional, paid with base pay.
• Pay frequency: bi-weekly (base + commission in same check). Requirements
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• Reliable, registered vehicle.
• Dependable, self-motivated, punctual.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid work documentation upon hire Training & Evaluation
• 1-2-hour ride-along required (ride with a manager or technician).
• 2-week training period: trainee rides with a manager to learn the assigned route before driving independently.
