Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDL Driver to join our dynamic transportation team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of commercial trucks, including flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering freight across designated routes, ensuring timely load and unload operations, and maintaining excellent customer service. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks across assigned routes Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment like forklifts when necessary Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations Deliver freight accurately to various locations while adhering to scheduled routes and delivery windows Manage documentation related to deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery logs Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates or any issues encountered during transit Maintain a clean driving record and uphold safety standards at all times Experience Minimum of two years of commercial truck driving experience with a valid CDL license (Class A preferred) Proven experience operating manual transmission trucks in diverse environments Familiarity with different types of trailers including flatbed, tanker, and dump trucks Prior delivery driver experience with a focus on freight handling and route driving Ability to load & unload cargo safely using forklifts or other equipment as needed Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols for truck drivers Experience in handling various freight types such as general cargo, refrigerated goods, or hazardous materials is a plus Join us if you're passionate about driving excellence!
