Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Laborer/ Hot Shot Driver to join our team. As a Shipping Laborer/ Hot Shot Driver, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments and making local deliveries and pickups in the local DFW area.

Responsibilities :

Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to shipping requirements Building pallets and crates Operate forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks or containers Making local deliveries and pickups in the local DFW area Maintain a clean and organized work area

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in pallet building/carpentry Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Experience operating forklifts and securing loads is a plus Must be able to drive a flatbed pickup truck and gooseneck trailer Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Willing to work long hours and weekends as necessary Must have clean driving record and background Must have a valid Class A driver's license Compensation and Benefits Compensation is commensurate with experience.
