$800•1,000 per week (Salary) Schedule Monday-Friday Saturday as needed Home daily Overtime available during peak produce season About Us Keep It Cooler LLC is a refrigerated transportation and cold-chain logistics company based in McAllen, Texas. We specialize in produce transportation, cross-docking, warehouse services, and LTL consolidation throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Our mission is to provide dependable service while maintaining the integrity of the cold chain from pickup through delivery. We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A driver who takes pride in professionalism, customer service, and reliability. Responsibilities Safely operate refrigerated commercial vehicles throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Perform local pickups and deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Secure freight and verify shipping documentation. Communicate with dispatch regarding pickup and delivery status. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Represent Keep It Cooler professionally with customers and vendors. Minimum Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience Clean driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Excellent attendance and reliability Preferred Qualifications Produce transportation experience Refrigerated freight experience TWIC Card (preferred but not required) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Equipment Drivers operate a modern refrigerated fleet that includes: Freightliner Cascadia day cab tractors (automatic transmission) 53-foot refrigerated trailers 28-foot tandem-axle refrigerated box trucks Drivers may be assigned either tractor-trailers or refrigerated box trucks depending on daily operational needs.
