In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and removing unwanted debris, furniture, and other bulk items from residential and commercial properties. 90% of our workload is commercial property cleanup. A strong stomach is also helpful. Your mechanical skills and experience with various trucks will ensure safe, swift, and environmentally responsible disposal. Responsibilities Operate a variety of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers to transport junk safely and efficiently Load and unload debris, furniture, appliances, and other bulky items using manual lifting techniques or mechanical equipment Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot vehicle issues and perform basic maintenance checks before and after shifts Assist clients by providing friendly service, explaining removal processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction Follow proper disposal procedures for different types of waste in compliance with local regulations Maintain cleanliness of trucks and work areas to promote safety and efficiency throughout the day Requirements Valid commercial driver's license, with experience operating a little bit larger trucks Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks throughout the workday Mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and perform routine maintenance checks Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a similar junk removal role is highly preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward customer service NOTE

- This position can be extremely demanding, with very busy days.
- There are days where there could be nothing, and then at 6:00 p.m. a job comes in and needs to be taken care of that same day.
