20-40 hours per week About the Opportunity Famous Movers is growing, and we're looking for a dependable Moving Crew Leader & Driver who takes pride in providing excellent service, leading by example, and helping customers through one of the most important transitions in their lives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm under pressure, communicates well, and understands the importance of professionalism and reliability. As a Moving Crew Leader & Driver, you'll be responsible for leading moving crews, ensuring moves are completed safely and efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish. We're not simply looking for someone to drive a truck. We're looking for someone who can help set the standard for our team and grow with the company as we continue to expand. What You'll Do Safely operate company-authorized moving trucks and rental trucks Lead and support moving crews during residential and commercial moves Conduct walkthroughs with customers before each move Coordinate loading and unloading activities Ensure furniture and belongings are properly protected and handled with care Maintain clear communication with company operations throughout the day Provide professional and courteous customer service Help train and support newer team members Report any damages, delays, or operational concerns promptly Uphold company standards on every move What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely lift and move furniture throughout the day Positive attitude and professional demeanor Leadership qualities and a team-first mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Moving industry experience Crew leader or supervisory experience Truck driving experience Customer service experience Furniture assembly and disassembly experience While experience is valuable, we place a strong emphasis on character, reliability, professionalism, and leadership potential.
