Full Job Description Professional Driver Needed:
(Non-CDL) Luke's Moving is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer focused drivers to join our growing team. This position is more than just driving, you'll play a key role in helping families and businesses through one of life's biggest transitions. As a driver, you'll safely operate moving trucks, lead crews on job sites, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service from start to finish. Full-time Pay:
$19—$23 per hour plus tips Responsibilities Safely operate moving trucks in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies. Lead and assist crews during a move. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route-planning tools. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members. Ensure all items are handled with care and transported safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and best practices. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous moving, delivery, transportation, warehouse, or labor experience preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience driving box trucks is preferred but not required.
