Whether you're a recent CDL graduate or have some experience behind the wheel, this opportunity provides steady freight, reliable support, and a predictable schedule that gets you home every week. Pay & Benefits Starting pay up to $0.60 CPM Average weekly earnings between $1,200 and $1,800 Annual income potential of $62,400 to $93,600 Average weekly mileage of 1,900 to 2,000 miles $300 orientation completion bonus Weekly direct deposit every Friday Home Time & Schedule Home Weekly Day and night shift opportunities available Weekend driving may be required depending on freight demand Route assignments provided in advance whenever possible Consistent schedules designed to maximize both miles and home time Equipment Late-model 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias Automatic transmission fleet 100% No-Touch Freight Professionally maintained equipment Freight Details Regional and OTR routes originating from Texas Drivers run throughout surrounding states and return through Texas regularly Consistent year-round freight with no seasonal slowdowns Reliable dispatch support and structured lane assignments Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned regional and OTR routes Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs and DOT compliance Ensure freight is properly secured before departure Communicate effectively with dispatch throughout each trip Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL Recent CDL school graduates encouraged to apply Must be at least 21 years old Verifiable driving record Clear Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse record Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening Apply Today Call or text Dan Carter at (520) 924-2806 to learn more, or submit your application through Indeed.
