Duties Safely operate a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles. Load and unload freight efficiently using equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Drive on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure punctual deliveries. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and route documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist with securing loads properly for transport to prevent damage during transit. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements suitable for operating tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or refrigerated trailers. Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery route driving and freight handling. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and safely. Experience with specialized trucks such as dump trucks or roll-off trucks is a plus. Knowledge of load securing techniques for various freight types including freight on flatbeds or tanker loads. Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous for loading/unloading cargo. Strong commitment to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies. Pay:

$23.09 - $27.80 per hour
