Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting crude oils loads, safely and efficiently to various locations while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules. Duties Operate various types of trucks,, and tankers, ensuring safe transport of freight. Perform routine inspections of the vehicle before and after trips to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload freight as necessary.. Follow designated routes for deliveries, maintaining accurate records of mileage and delivery times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on assigned routes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck interior. Skills Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles. Experience with crude oil transportation, including route driving and delivery driver responsibilities. Knowledge of load unloading procedures and safety protocols. Familiarity with operating tank trailers for loading/unloading tasks. Ability to manage time efficiently to meet tight delivery schedules. Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during transport. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
