Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Truck Driver and take the wheel to deliver aggregate products across diverse routes! This energetic role offers the opportunity to operate end dump and/or dump trucks, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Duties Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions across local, regional, or state routes Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Plan efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered during transit Ensure cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transport and handle special equipment like dump trucks when required Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements for manual transmission operation and specific vehicle types Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles involving freight handling and route driving Ability to operate specialized equipment such as dump trucks when necessary Strong knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial trucking and cargo securement standards Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with DOT regulations Physical ability or capable of lifting heavy items when required Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and route adjustments in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise makes a difference!
