Physical Certification Full Job Description About Us Happy Mile USA LLC is hiring experienced CDL Class A Drivers to join our growing transportation team. Based in Houston, Texas, we provide safe, reliable freight transportation services for high-value and regulated cargo across the United States, including refrigerated products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, industrial freight, and time-sensitive shipments. If you're a safety-focused professional driver with experience operating Dry Van and Reefer trailers , we offer competitive mileage pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth. The Role We are looking for experienced CDL Class A Drivers to join our growing team. You will safely transport cargo across state lines, follow
DOT/FMCSA
regulations, and ensure on-time and secure deliveries. What You'll Do Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Safely operate Class A equipment (Dry Van, Reefer) Follow Hours of Service (HOS) rules and maintain accurate logs (Samsara ELD) Deliver cargo on schedule while protecting company and customer assets Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers What We're Looking For 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience (Reefer, Dry Van) Clean driving record and strong safety awareness Valid CDL Class A, DOT Medical Card Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential driver duties Nice to Have Experience with Samsara ELD and hazmat or temperature-controlled freight What We Offer Competitive pay (0.60 CPM Loaded, 0.40 CPM Empty) 401(k) with company match Paid time off: 10 vacation days + 7 holidays Supportive, safety-first team culture Ongoing training and growth opportunities Happy Mile USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
