This position offers consistent regional freight, strong weekly earning potential, and reliable weekend home time. Drivers can expect steady routes throughout Texas. We are a driver-focused company committed to efficient operations, dependable freight, and 24/7 support to keep you moving and earning. Pay & Compensation Up to $0.67 CPM $50 stop pay Paid detention & layover Safety bonuses (semi-annual) Weekly direct deposit (W-2 position) Clean DOT inspection incentive Eight-week performance bonus based on driven miles Vacation percentage pay Referral bonus program Schedule & Home Time Regional routes throughout Texas Drivers typically stay out during the week 34-hour reset on weekends Consistent freight with predictable schedules Equipment & Freight Dry van & refrigerated freight Preloaded trailers for faster dispatch Modern, well-maintained equipment Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Run assigned regional routes efficiently and on schedule Conduct pre-trip & post-trip inspections Maintain compliance with
DOT/FMCSA
