US 1 Shorthaul is hiring experienced Yard Jockeys / Spotters ! What You'll Do Move trailers in and out of dock doors with a yard goat Handle drop and hook moves Complete yard audits Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Use the Yard Management System to complete trailer moves Work safely in a fast-paced yard environment What You Need 18 months of verifiable yard jockey experience in the past 5 years 12 months of that experience within the last 3 years Experience backing 48'-53' trailers Comfortable backing into tight spaces and dock doors Safety-first attitude and attention to detail Must pass a background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse query Why Drivers Like This Job Home Daily No OTR No freight handling Drop & Hook Weekly Pay Overtime after 40 hours Full benefits Copy and paste this link in your browser to begin our Driver Qualification file.
