Compensation:
- Starting Wage
- $14.50 ($11.50 Base pay + $3.00 Commission).
- Quarterly Bonus
- Earn up to 5% Bonus ($0.70 per hour) each Quarter for excellent and consistent performance across these same Lead Time, Productivity, and Quality Scores.
- Commission
- Based on Attendance, Productivity, Lead Time, Order Quality
- Tenure Raises
- $.
25 Increase every 3 Months for Initial 2 Years, and every 4 Months for Years 3 and 4.
