Class A CDL Driver

R&K Delivery Driver Here at R&K Distributors, Cass A CDL new hires typically start out as a "Relief Driver". Relief drivers cover shifts of route drivers, act as delivery assistants, or run spare routes on a needed basis. Drivers at R&K are responsible for daily DOT logs, pre and post trip checks, and reporting any maintenance issues to the fleet supervisor. Drivers typically start their day around 4:30 AM and deliver their pre-loaded trucks to the appropriate accounts. Once at an account, the driver is responsible for stocking and rotating the product in the account. Also responsible for making the electronic transactions for the invoices of the product. This is a Tuesday-Friday position. We don't run trucks on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday!
